Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma
  • A strong eye for typography and design
  • Knowledge and understanding of web optimization including JPG, GIF and video formats
  • Understanding of technical constraints and digital first design
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines, quickly managing changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of digital best practices and channel formats (i.e.: Instagram stories vs. display banners)
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline driven
Responsibilities
  • Support the creative team in the design of digital collateral including emails, paid media and social assets
  • Translate approved campaign concepts into effective design solutions throughout the customer journey while employing best practices per channel
  • Help ensure that marketing assets align with brand identity and messaging
  • Design all assets with digital story telling in mind across all customer touch points; ensuring brand and message consistency throughout the consumer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure images and design come together to create the best representation of our brands
  • Present creative designs to internal management; addressing feedback with solution-based creative thinking
  • Concept and design in a digital/mobile first mindset
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with copy and design
  • Help with other design-related tasks as needed, ensuring quality and timely delivery
