Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study (Required)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree in relevant field of study (Required)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • 2-4 Years' Experience in scripting languages (like SQL or Python) and in extraction, transformation, and loading of large data sets (Required)
  • 2-4 Years' Experience working with cloud-based data technologies such as Google Big Query, Redshift, or Snowflake (Required)
  • Experience with ETL tools (Matillion) and dbt (data build tool) (Preferred)
  • Experience with Segment (CDPs), Google Suite (web data), Marketing
  • Automation (Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce) (Preferred)
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker (Preferred)
  • Experience in a fast paced, customer centric, and iterative environment (Preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate updates on progress and timelines
  • Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
  • Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams in a results-driven culture

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with go-to-market stakeholders to develop and improve the current marketing data architecture, quality, and reportability
  • Design and implement solutions to automatically extract, transform, and load data sets where needed
  • Generate and maintain complex, disparate data sets to support marketing and sales analytics functions
  • Engineer repeatable, scalable data solutions that analysts and stakeholders can use for data visibility needs
  • Generate data infrastructure diagrams and maintain an understanding of business processes, KPIs, and reporting definitions used by marketing, sales, and business operations
  • Support ad hoc needs to extract, transform, and load data sets in existing tools and systems
  • Assist data quality initiatives by engineering solutions to enforce data accuracy and governance policies
