- Minimum Two (2) years' experience as Construction Manager II
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering plus five (5) years' experience in Construction Management
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, or Related Field plus (8) years' experience in Construction Management
- Commensurate Construction Management Experience
- Designation as a CMIT (Construction Manager In-Training) per CMAA
- Certified as an ODOT Pre-Qualified Construction Engineer 1
- Designation as a CCM (Certified Construction Manager) per CMAA
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in contract administration
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Working knowledge of computers and Program Management software
- Thorough understanding of scheduling principles and techniques
- Time management skills
Responsibilities
- Establish a good relationship with the Client
- Analyze, understand and be familiar with all contract documents
- Oversee the administration of Project processes
- Facilitate Project meetings
- Review pay applications for accuracy and timeliness
- Review all requests for change orders
- Identify changes in the work that may result in added cost or time of construction
- Ensure maintenance of accurate reports
- Coordinate with Project Team to develop and implement solutions to field problems
- Conduct Change Order negotiations
- Complete project close-out activities
- Assist in preconstruction services
- Review and approve Anser invoices for professional services
- Manage Anser's contract with the Client
- Delegate adequate authority to other Project Team members
- Direct training and development of other Anser personnel
- Notify Senior Management of any event that will significantly affect completion, profitability or the Client relationship
- Assist Anser's Business Development and Marketing staff
- Experience in large pipe diameter is a plus
