  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Discovery: Conduct customer research, market analysis, and prototype testing to identify and validate innovative product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Decision-Making Ownership: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate ideas and make informed go/no-go recommendations, balancing technical feasibility and business value.
  • Commercial Focus and Market Insight: Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and guide product strategy toward business outcomes, e.g. revenue growth and market differentiation.
  • Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and user needs. Maintain a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, business product owners, legal and compliance, and business leaders to ensure alignment on product objectives and feasibility throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Leadership and Innovation: Provide guidance to product squads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and advocating.
  • End-to-End Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Performance Optimization: Define and track key performance metrics. Analyze data and user feedback to optimize product performance and drive iterative improvements.
