Requirements
  • bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, project management, consumer products and/or retail
  • 3+ years of project management experience and experience using project management software

Responsibilities
  • Supporting in setting up the foundation of projects
  • Creating an end-to-end project plan and enrolling key partners
  • Developing comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans
  • Developing content and prepping for key project meetings
  • Driving project management reporting across strategic projects
  • Working cross-functionally to identify risks and create proactive solutions
  • Driving and delivering project work
  • Accurately assessing the change management required for successful rollout
  • Collaborating across functions to drive the annual business planning process
  • Leading the development and ongoing management of tools, processes & governance
  • Developing high impact presentations and communication tools
