Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, transformation, operational efficiencies, process improvement, and/or program management
  • Self-starter with an ownership mentality

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of all Corporate Development processes with a focus on strategy, planning, operational efficiencies, and internal infrastructure
  • Support the development of presentations for meetings with business leads, executive leadership, and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape cross-functional priorities focused on operational efficiencies, growth acceleration, and scalability
  • Drive important initiatives to completion to achieve target state and results; track, measure and report on progress to leadership
  • Build workplans and workload to ensure on-time completion of projects, with the development and maintenance of dashboards to track program performance against integration objectives
  • Support all M&A integration efforts as part of the M&A lifecycle, including assisting in integration assessments, execution planning, and M&A post-mortems
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation or organizational structure, work breakdown structures, and have the ability to analyze and recommend strategies to close gaps and improve operational scalability
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
