Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Certification to IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001
  • Use of microscope, micrometer, hole gauges, calipers, scale and UV light
  • Soldering skills needed
  • Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings & work instructions
  • MS Excel, Word
  • Use of basic inspection hand tools
  • 21 years or older
Responsibilities
  • Inspect surface mount components and through hole components solder joints under magnification
  • Inspect Printed Circuit Board assemblies per drawing requirements
  • Conformal coat inspection
  • Inspect machined parts per drawing requirements
  • Process receiving inspection documentation for storage
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams, schematics
  • Works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring
  • Document Repairs and modifications.
  • Assembling, evaluating, and maintaining electrical, electrical wiring, and equipment
