  • Become the subject matter expert on Global team workflows, processes and procedures to drive improvement and execute successfully on optimization initiatives
  • Manage the relationships with vendor partners, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed, SLAs are healthy and any knowledge gaps are immediately addressed
  • Monitor Global team production data on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to pinpoint & root cause outliers, track performance against targets and conduct file-level deep dives to get to the lowest level of detail
  • Create playbooks, SOPs and similar collateral where needed that simplify the complex for internal users and create sustainable, scalable production routines while adding structure to what is unstructured
  • Work cross-functionally with BizOps, Product, Client Success and Compliance teams to identify process gaps and remediate them to improve processing times and adherence to workflows
  • Leverage data to inform quarterly planning (OKR format), establish baselines and make a cogent case to internal stakeholders for prioritizing certain activities over others
  • Set targets and drive towards ambitious production goals for both turn time & quality
  • Run tests, scale insights and embrace the challenge of having multiple paths forward and no right answer
