  • Expert-level knowledge of Angular and enterprise-scale component architectures

Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction and manage the roadmap for our digital component framework, directly impacting how insurance products are delivered digitally across multiple geographies and markets
  • Prioritize new feature development and issue management of the digital component framework
  • Partner with product, design, and technology leadership to create industry-leading digital experiences that set new standards in insurance
  • Champion innovation while maintaining the stability and reliability critical to financial services
  • Lead and inspire a distributed team of UI development professionals across multiple time zones, including architects, framework developers, and application delivery specialists
  • Lead UI development teams to build new products and maintain existing projects across the enterprise portfolio
  • Build a culture of innovation within a traditionally conservative industry
  • Develop talent that can bridge the gap between insurance domain expertise and modern technology
  • Foster collaboration and excellence across geographically distributed teams
  • Translate complex insurance requirements into elegant technical solutions
  • Creating High-Level Design diagrams that create alignment and direction for cross-functional technology and engineering teams.
