Requirements
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued US Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance and only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of related work experience with 5+ years working in an elevated Agile role (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, etc)
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment
  • Understanding of Networking fundamentals and Network deployments
  • Experience with Requirements derivation and testing
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
  • 5 years experience in JIRA
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the product, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the program product backlog
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items
  • Elicit and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision
  • Implement and champion the principles of the Agile process ensuring agile methodologies are followed
  • Participate in release planning, including prioritization of features, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team dependencies
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time
