  • Two to three years of measured success in sales and marketing or a private-pay healthcare role.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with a customer relationship management system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct all aspects of the sales process from prospecting through strategic account management, including assessing client needs, delivering service presentations, conducting client and family consultations, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Craft quarterly business plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Meet and surpass admission targets and achieve new revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Understand potential clients' needs, communicate the benefits of non-medical home care services, and address objections.
  • Maintain all sales activities using customer relationship management software.
  • Collaborate daily with Intake and Case Management teams to streamline care coordination and client admissions.
  • Adhere to established sales and marketing strategies and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work with sales and marketing management on initiatives focused on customer creation and relationship building.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable resource for home care services in a professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
