About the role
The Bot Creator team’s mission is to democratize the creation of hyper-realistic AI personas and unlock a new generation of content creators. Your work will be at the frontier of social generative AI and require a broad set of skills and interests including coding, NLP, psychology, sociology, prompt engineering, and more. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design, discovering what features make for compelling AI personas and crafting delightful experiences that help users build those traits into their bots.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering, diving deep into theories of personality, behavior, and dialect to identify compelling traits for bots.
Write code and prompts to prototype new bot traits, generate datasets, and add NLP-powered pre- and post-processing rules that improve the quality of our bot creation pipelines.
Evaluate the quality of our bot traits, iteratively improving them through prompt engineering and dataset creation + finetuning.
Manage multiple ongoing projects & initiatives, and effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
