- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering is required, with working knowledge of information systems.
- Six Sigma certification is required.
- A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience is required.
- Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute is required.
- One or more of the following certifications is required: Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, or related SANS certifications.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.
- Manage and take responsibility for the successful completion of project management tasks in assigned programs or projects, including planning, estimating, scheduling, organizing, documenting, tracking, and monitoring activities.
- Manage change control, financial tracking, and issue and risk management for assigned programs or projects.
- Lead project teams by allocating and monitoring tasks, motivating staff, and providing individual performance data to resource managers for personal appraisals.
- Liaise with managers within the information technology function and the business to manage expectations for assigned programs or projects.
- Use standard project management processes and methods for information technology projects.
- Ensure project metrics and lessons learned are documented and communicated for the benefit of staff and future projects.
- Interact with Security leadership, project teams, and resources to drive project objectives.
- Manage intersections with necessary groups across information technology, including TCOM, Network, Architecture, Midrange, and Desktop.
- Interact as needed with service providers, vendors, third parties, and alliance partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate multiple information technology security projects across different security technology solutions, managing execution across active projects within a larger program.
- Manage project documentation and create key project deliverables, including project initiation, scope management, issue lists, sub-team status reports, communications and communication plans, project plans, resource planning, RACI, budgets, specifications, and related documentation.
- Project-manage global teams and global execution with multiple vendors.
- Assist with project close, create operational support documentation, and transition projects to operations.
- Manage project risks and issues.
- Collaborate across a distributed global team and user community.
- Collect and assemble requirements and design documentation.
