Requirements
  • 1+ years in an outbound sales or SDR role (preferred), including experience in cold calling and emailing.
  • GIS or Data Background (strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to stay motivated and persevere in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
  • A strong desire to understand dataplor’s technical products, target industries, and client use cases.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, remote work environment, with a strong ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in dataplor’s data solutions.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges, qualify leads, and determine fit for dataplor’s offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, activities, and results in Salesforce or other CRM tools to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with AEs and the SDR Manager to optimize handoff processes, refine messaging, and improve outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target client segments to identify new opportunities for dataplor.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified evaluations generated.
