  • 4+ years of experience managing Account Executives, ideally in Growth, Commercial, or Mid-Market segments
  • 4+ years of direct selling experience in SaaS, ideally with mid-sized/high-velocity accounts
  • Strong command of outbound pipeline generation and structured qualification frameworks
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to coach both process discipline and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Growth AEs, building a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Drive outbound strategy, pipeline generation, and conversion in a velocity sales motion
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Success to accelerate customer acquisition and land-and-expand opportunities
  • Lead by example by joining customer calls, helping reps sharpen discovery, and providing tactical coaching on deal strategy
  • Run structured weekly deal reviews, forecast calls, and 1:1 coaching to ensure pipeline health and consistency
  • Contribute to the culture, processes, and systems of a scaling sales organization

OpenAI has acquired product development startup Statsig for $1.1 billion. Statsig CEO Vijaye Raji will join OpenAI as technology chief in the applications unit, reporting to Fidji Simo. Statsig will continue to operate independently from its Seattle office.
