Team Description
Mind the Product is looking to add a Product Lead l to our team, helping drive product thinking both within the product community, and within our organization. Our ideal candidate is an experienced product manager, with a reputation for driving quality product practices who is excited about building awareness and understanding of product principles across the industry.
Role Responsibilities
- Be a voice for the product community within Mind the Product, keeping a pulse on the needs of product people and ensuring our offerings meet their needs
- Create and drive our training content strategy, working closely with our network of trainers to iterate on existing material and crafting new content as needed
- Support the ProductTank community, partnering with our regional coordinators as their primary contact to ensure the health of our global meetups
- Own our offerings for Product Leaders, driving programs and content to meet their unique needs
- Provide thought leadership with the community, creating content for the Mind the Product blog and other MTP events
- Collaborate with our partners in Pendo to drive the product-led movement together
- Contribute to curation of our conferences and ongoing events
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years + experience in product management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience of creating training programs or product management content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Mind the Product community (training, ProductTank, or regular attendee)

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in the following location is:
London, UK - £90,000 - £115,000.
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
