Requirements
  • Currently a college student in their Junior or Senior year.
  • Enrolled in a Human Resource, Education, Curriculum Design and Instruction, teaching adult learner program, or other related programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • The applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Responsibilities
  • The internship will focus on design and development of a training program specifically for each work cell, taking 'on the job training' practices and creating a written program.
  • The training program parameters will incorporate Human Resources, Production, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
  • During the Internship you will work closely with the EHS and HR manager, as well as other applicable departments, to develop the training curriculum.
