Are you interested and passionate about adult learners in a Corporate/ Manufacturing setting? Jabil is seeking a highly motivated Human Resource/Environmental Health & Safety intern. As an intern at Jabil, you will learn how to work with a diverse range of people in a wide range of departments. You will gain insight into how a training program is implemented and maintained, why HR and EHS is important, and how HR and EHS is a value-added department in an Aerospace manufacturing setting.
The internship will focus on design and development of a training program specifically for each work cell, taking "on the job training" practices and creating a written program. The training program parameters will incorporate Human Resources, Production, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements. During the Internship you will work closely with the EHS and HR manager, as well as other applicable departments, to develop the training curriculum.
This is an on-site position.
Qualifications:
Currently a college student in their Junior or Senior year.
Enrolled in a Human Resource, Education, Curriculum Design and Instruction, teaching adult learner program, or other related programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.00 - $32.00.
