Requirements
  • Five to eight years of experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning solution design, technical consulting, or architecture-focused roles.
  • Experience taking artificial intelligence projects from ideation through pilot to production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and designing solutions spanning on-premise and cloud environments.
  • A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to nontechnical audiences and business needs to technical audiences.
  • Ability to write durable technical documentation and articles.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and propose paths forward.
Responsibilities
  • Define artificial intelligence strategy alongside senior leadership and connect institutional goals to practical technical roadmaps.
  • Design solution architectures and build or deploy proof-of-concept systems to validate feasibility.
  • Work with existing products and make them productive for customers when appropriate.
  • Translate business needs into requirements and partner with other teams to deploy solutions.
  • Work with security and compliance colleagues on privacy, data protection, responsible use, bias identification, and ethical standards.
  • Build scalable artificial intelligence foundations, including reference architectures, reusable patterns, integration standards, and operational playbooks.
  • Share knowledge through workshops, training sessions, and community events to help colleagues adopt artificial intelligence effectively.
