Responsibilities

Howyou’llmake an impactinthis role

• Operates and controls primary power generation and HVAC systems, including boilers, turbines, generators, reactors, chillers, and cooling towers using control boards and computers.

• Monitors facility equipment, meters, gauges, and charts at regular intervals to regulate power flow, adjust fluid levels, and detect operational problems.

• Performs preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs—such as tightening leaking glands and pipe joints—to prevent equipment deterioration or failure.

• Records and compiles operational data in logs,forms, andreports, and documents equipment malfunctions to ensureaccuratetracking of plant status.

• Responds to power outages and emergencies by handling outage calls, summoning necessary personnel, andparticipatingin mandatory meetings, training, and special projects.

Must have one or more of the following:

License: 

• Relevant license 

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Graduate of trade school

Work Experience:

• 2years ofrelevantexperience

• Other equivalentcombinationof relevant education or experience
