Requirements
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, specifically around Client Development
  • You have strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail
  • You have a strong knowledge of Google systems (Google Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • You have a strong business development mindset
  • You are an excellent team player but also able to work on your own initiative
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, adopting a flexible approach
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication etiquette
  • You are able and willing to travel when necessary
Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Development Manager to execute the local strategy, to strengthen client relationships and expand personalized service such as local events, gifting, client entertainment based on specific business needs & while monitoring local retention budget
  • Assist in the creation and development of programs for client engagement
  • Execute planning and logistics of the Private Client client journey in all events online and off
  • Compile weekly and quarterly reports for Client Development results and goals through the analysis of KPIs
  • Support assigned events and travel within allotted budgets, align and report on performance initiatives
  • Communicate weekly with our Paris office to coordinate for ad hoc projects and gifting
  • Pull data through various platforms to ensure accuracy in developing key market opportunities for CD manager
  • Collaborate with the Private Client Stylists to strengthen their skills to create and drive client retention and migration through consistent coaching and mentorship
  • Ensure the Private Client Stylists have a client-centric approach, act as a FARFETCH Ambassador, and maintain brand consistency and guidelines
  • Use data to profile key top tier clients, potential new clients, and their networks for quality new client acquisition, converting them into loyal clients
  • Support devising branded initiatives to encourage client introductions
