Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: helpdesk or end-user support at Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3; systems administration with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or Exchange; networking with firewalls, routers, switches, virtual private networks, or Wi-Fi; cloud solutions including Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft 365; cybersecurity practices within a managed services provider environment; or project implementation and client-facing IT support.
Responsibilities
- Provide or support helpdesk and end-user support.
- Perform systems administration involving Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Work with networking technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, virtual private networks, and Wi-Fi.
- Implement and support cloud solutions including Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft 365.
- Apply cybersecurity practices within a managed services provider environment.
- Support project implementation and provide client-facing IT support.
