Requirements
  • A BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day team operations, including stakeholder and agency support, content ingestion, linking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of assets into the Digital Asset Management system and flag potential delays or blockers to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Populate and manage the Campaign toolkit on the Smint.io platform, linking assets for repurposing when they become available.
  • Troubleshoot complexities within the campaign upload process and provide solutions to related challenges.
  • Work against service-level agreements.
  • Help create a productive and positive work environment.
  • Report product or workflow issues and other challenges to the leadership team to support solution development.
  • Provide customer service to the client and their vendors.
  • Understand asset rights, usage, restrictions, and compliance requirements to ensure asset safety.
  • Execute documented workflows and processes and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Identify or support implementation of process optimization and automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review metadata options and fields in the Digital Asset Management system and provide feedback on changes that could optimize user and search experiences.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to learn best practices, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in business needs.
  • Attend client meetings as required to maintain knowledge of the business.
  • Provide Digital Asset Management training and support to client team members.
