Responsibilities
  • Develop & execute a global marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across growth, performance, lifecycle, and brand marketing.
  • Leverage AI and Martech to enhance automation, personalisation, and predictive analytics for scalable growth.
  • Experiment aggressively with data-driven growth initiatives, optimising paid, organic, and product-led acquisition strategies.
  • Own and optimise the full funnel, collaborating with Product and Strategy teams to refine the user journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Drive revenue growth through multi-channel marketing, including search, social, email, partnerships, and community-driven tactics.
  • Work closely with Engineering & Data teams to develop ML-driven marketing solutions that enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Own marketing budgets & ROI, ensuring spend is optimised for sustainable growth.
