Responsibilities
  • Recruit undergraduate students into Career Prep program
  • Liaise with on-campus community partners
  • Represent MLT at recruitment events
  • Implement strategies to engage recruitment captains and staff
  • Contribute to reporting for senior management
  • Participate in recruitment strategy discussions
  • Establish community partnerships with target schools and organizations
  • Assist with program-related activities
  • Travel as required, around 30% with increased frequency during peak recruiting season
