- Partner with leadership to drive strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with hiring and executive leaders to implement impactful talent initiatives that shape how Maven attracts and hires top talent.
- Ensure the right tools, systems, and infrastructure are in place to support a robust talent strategy.
