Responsibilities
  • Research, coordinate, write, and produce responses to RFPs that clearly and persuasively address the buyer’s needs
  • Lead the management and prioritization of proposals to ensure on time completion while proactively considering how adapt processes to scale and improve
  • Own the RFP library and develop clear, concise, and differentiated client-facing messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and senior leaders across Clinical and Product to craft effective messages as products and market needs evolve
  • Partner with internal teams to measure the impact of proposals on Virta’s sales bookings and revenue
  • Support Product Marketing initiatives such as developing sales content, conducting market research, or enabling commercial teams on new positioning and metrics.
