View

MNHC provides comprehensive primary care and related services in four San Francisco locations, with a focus on Latino communities and patients who have limited or no ability to pay. It offers a full range of services across the life cycle—from pediatrics to women's health and behavioral health—and operates programs like Clínica Esperanza for HIV/AIDS and the Mission Neighborhood Resource Center for homeless support. The center uses a sliding-scale fee for uninsured patients and draws funding from Medi-Cal, Medicare, private insurance, and federal FQHC support, differentiating itself through strong community ties and targeted health initiatives. Its goal is to deliver accessible, high-quality healthcare to underserved residents regardless of income or insurance, ultimately improving health outcomes in the community.
