Responsibilities
  • Driving net-new revenue
  • Building relationships and driving revenue through in-person interactions
  • Selling the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture and growth) to top producing agents
  • Influencing top agents to leave their current brokerage and join Compass
  • Helping agents understand why their business, and their clients, will benefit by moving to Compass
