- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline with 1-2 years of experience
- Hands-on PK/PD assay development experience including antibody conjugation and antibody pair selection for an immunoassay
- Experience in bioanalytical methods (ELISA, ECLIA, RIA) using different immunological and biochemical platforms, such as MSD, Gyros, Singulex or other platforms
- Ability to work with human and animal blood specimens
- Excellent record keeping, writing and communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of or experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and electronic inventory software would be ideal
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under tight timelines in a team environment
- Develop immunological methods for supporting nonclinical and clinical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics studies under GLP guidelines
- Assay troubleshooting
- Development of new technology platform
- Assay automation
- Familiarity with automation platforms is preferred
