Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge in the Human Resources (HR) function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across Booz Allen Hamilton.
  • Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, talent management, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Partner with other teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Leverage critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the HR function.
