Requirements
  • Pro-active attitude and client-focus
  • A Bachelor degree and 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment
  • At least certified at Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer level
  • Experience in leading customer-facing discussions
  • Familiarity with data architecture/schema and reading or developing SQL queries
  • Familiarity with server-side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST API
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
  • English language at a business level
  • Spanish resident, located in or nearby Barcelona
  • Currently eligible to work in Spain, without the need of a visa application
  • Ability to attend one of our offices on a weekly basis, as required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative enterprise engagements with clients on the technical and business challenges related to their communication initiatives
  • Create, manage and present an actionable technical design that aligns a clients business need to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution
  • Design, build and deliver the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops
  • Be part of our Sales team to help with pre-sales activities and pitches
  • Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members
  • Act as a mentor for the team, fostering a learning environment and promoting excellence.
