Requirements
  • Care about identity and access management and have proven familiarity with related disciplines and concepts such as: ILM; IGA: RBAC; SSO; MFA.
  • Have experience using Okta or another identity management platform to manage identity security inside an organization.
  • Have experience with RESTful APIs, scripting, SQL and all those other necessary integration nuances.
  • Have working knowledge or security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, ISO 27001 etc.
Responsibilities
  • Solving secure identity problems in our own environment. We strive to be our own best customer, implementing best-in-class secure identity solutions.
  • Implementing and documenting identity governance solutions.
  • Configuration and management of our Okta instance to support our existing and developing business needs including: policy management; app integration; and feature implementation.
  • Collaborating within the IAM team: pair-working, reviewing work, sharing feedback and following best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and solutioning when things go wrong with our existing access management infrastructure.
  • Participating and contributing to our team meetings and engaging with our efforts to improve our ways of working in the IAM engineering team.
  • Providing Level 3 support for internal issues and requests.
