- A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state or states of practice.
- Current hands-on Basic Life Support certification and a tuberculosis test.
- A valid driver's license.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and job requirements.
- Provide one-on-one patient care in the patient's home.
- Two years of in-home health care experience.
- Availability to work every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
- Willingness to travel up to 60 miles.
- Willingness to work in multiple homes, if applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
