  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong employee relations experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support both employees and coach people leaders effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal direction
  • Experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment (aerospace/electronics a plus)
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion

Responsibilities
  • Independently support a client group of employees and people leaders, building strong relationships and serving as a reliable, approachable resource.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Build trust, ensure employees feel heard, and help resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Coach people leaders on day-to-day leadership challenges, including performance management, employee concerns, attendance issues, and team dynamics. Help leaders build confidence and consistency in how they manage their teams.
  • Own and manage HR matters from start to finish, including employee relations, performance issues, and day-to-day support. Exercise strong judgment in decision-making and know when to escalate.
  • Support and reinforce performance expectations by guiding people leaders through goal setting, feedback, and accountability, while also supporting employees in understanding expectations and development opportunities.
  • Handle employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans. Balance employee advocacy with business needs and partner with the HR Business Leader on more complex or sensitive issues.
  • Support engagement initiatives and help translate employee feedback into actionable improvements. Conduct stay interviews and share insights to help improve retention.
  • Participate in interviews and support hiring managers to ensure strong hiring decisions aligned with company values.
  • Help deliver a smooth onboarding experience and support employees throughout their lifecycle, including leaves of absence and benefits-related questions.
  • Manage terminations and exit interviews, identifying trends and sharing feedback with HR leadership.
  • Support HR processes and contribute to projects that improve efficiency, consistency, and the overall employee experience.
