Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, including closing experience with mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Experience at a fast-growing tech startup, ideally having lived through a 0→1 or early-scale phase (e.g., growing from ~10 to 100+ employees and supporting $1M–$20M+ in ARR growth)
  • Familiarity with a product-led growth (PLG) motion, and comfort operating in a high-autonomy environment with significant greenfield opportunity
  • Working knowledge of structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar deal qualification and messaging methodologies
  • Demonstrated Salesforce hygiene and pipeline management to enable accurate forecasting, effective deal execution, and strategic advising across the GTM team
  • High data fluency, using product usage signals, pipeline data, and account insights to prioritize the right opportunities
  • A strong sense of urgency, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively and tag-team with teammates across Sales, Marketing, and Product
Responsibilities
  • Work hands-on with prospects and current customers to plan and run trials, deeply understand their use cases, drive early value, and expand opportunities
  • Experiment with new outbound motions, working closely with Marketing and RevOps to design, launch, and iterate on campaigns
  • Lead enterprise pricing and packaging conversations for Arcade’s largest and most strategic opportunities
  • Share clear product recommendations based on what it takes to win and close complex, high-impact deals
  • Leverage product usage and revenue metrics to identify signals of adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities
  • Research target personas and segments, build repeatable sales and trial playbooks, and translate learnings into scalable processes as the team grows
  • Longer term, we will be building out this team as we grow. This role could translate to a team lead

Arcade.software helps businesses create interactive product demos to tell better product stories. It stitches screen recordings, videos, and images into demos, using a Chrome extension to record content, a flexible editor to arrange it, and features like pan/zoom and callouts to boost engagement. Demos can be reused as live assets and updated as the product UI changes, while built-in analytics show which parts resonate with viewers. The freemium model lets users start for free and upgrade for advanced features, with the goal of helping teams communicate product value across channels.
