Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Manage the lifecycle of a campaign from set up to post-campaign presentations
  • Take ownership of an agency patch and be the first point of contact
  • Strategically counsel clients and develop effective campaign recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales
  • Drive incremental revenue through high-quality service
  • Entertain clients in social environments
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a better customer experience
  • Identify and mitigate risk in campaign briefs
  • Leverage Ogury's Insights suite to provide clients with industry-leading insights
