Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting edge software solutions for the suite of applications and microservices

  • Focus on high-quality design and development, communication, and delivery of solutions across cross-geo teams in an agile fashion
  • Solve complex problems and resolve software bugs and issues
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance and scaling concerns

SK Hynix Completes Intel NAND Acquisition

SK Hynix is set to complete its acquisition of Intel's NAND business, Solidigm, by paying the remaining $2.2 billion in March. The deal, initiated in 2020 for $9 billion, will conclude with the transfer of NAND IP and other assets. A key remaining factor is China's approval, contingent on SK Hynix's compliance with market conditions over five years. Despite initial struggles, Solidigm's performance has improved, though currency fluctuations have increased the final payment by approximately ₩700 billion.
