Limetax builds a network of partner tax and accounting firms in Germany. It forms long-term partnerships with selected firms, while the partner firms keep their independence and client relationships. LimeTax provides centralized services (HR/recruiting, marketing, sales, management accounting, and a Digital Hub) and a proprietary AI‑supported software that automates tasks like document processing and tax research. The software integrates with DATEV, avoiding system migrations, and delivers real-time transparency and data-driven insights to firms and their clients. LimeTax differentiates itself by combining an equity-style partner network with shared centralized services and AI tooling, enabling tax professionals to focus on high‑level client advisory instead of administrative work. The company’s goal is to redefine tax advisory from a mandatory service into a tool for proactive corporate management and growth for startups, SMEs, scale-ups, and real estate clients across Germany.
