  • An Implant Manager is responsible for supporting the Regional Manager in ensuring an efficient shift based at a client's warehouse on the assigned tasks by the regional manager, meeting target KPIs within the warehouse
  • Leads the assigned team.Main Duties:Responsible to brief the team under his/her supervision in every shift.Ensuring parcel flow between warehouse and sortation that align with SOP and instruction.Escalating parcel problems to other related divisions, in order to solve the problem.Maintaining, supervising, and controlling every warehouse staff and inventory in Warehouse and Sortation.Responsible for generating weekly reports for warehouse and sortation.Relevant ExperienceWork experience in a similar target-driven environment related to warehousing, transport or e-commerceHas proven experience supervising at least 5 people of an equivalent or related Operations profile for at least 12 monthsAt least 1-3 yrs experience in the warehouse industryMust have been in a supervisor or managerial role for at least 2 years.Must be willing to do physical work especially during peak seasons.Willing to travel as the nature of the work requires the supervisor to be deployed to sellers' warehouses.Willing to work on a flexible schedule as some clients operations are on a 24 hours basis.Strong personality can handle a large group of people
