Responsibilities
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack to enable strategic targeting, dynamic demand generation campaigns, performance measurement, tooling, and integrated reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement, improve, and iterate on marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that align with Modulate's mission and values.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and lead management processes using HubSpot, ensuring efficient and effective lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other marketing tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Assist with data-informed optimization of marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Establish a close relationship with the sales team to ensure all leads and contacts are appropriately reported and maintain clean CRM data hygiene.
  • Provide support to Modulate’s partnerships team by improving processes, managing data, and supporting logistics needs to enable our partners’ success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and automation to continually enhance Modulate's marketing capabilities.

Modulate has developed ToxMod, a voice-native moderation solution utilizing machine learning and AI technologies to proactively detect and prevent toxic online behavior in voice chat, providing a safer and more inclusive experience for players in AAA games and console platforms. ToxMod goes beyond traditional transcription analysis and keyword detection, understanding the context and intent of speech to prioritize the protection of vulnerable players and ensure compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and COPPA.
