Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn are required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and the recruiting team.
  • Communicate with candidates through phone and text screenings.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Work within an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support background checks, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Represent Ability Beyond at job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Process billing documents and manage external vendors.
  • Support the employee referral process and follow up on bonuses.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team and help deliver a positive candidate experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or Human Resources software is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
