? What You’ll Do

• Perform a wide range of procedures: crowns, bridges, implants, fillings, extractions, root canals, dentures, and more
   
• Conduct thorough exams, review medical history, and develop personalized treatment plans
   
• Provide hygiene checks and support to our hygiene team
   
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and long-term dental wellness
   
• Maintain high standards of infection control and OSHA compliance
   
• Collaborate closely with a skilled clinical and administrative team
   
• Stay up to date on the latest in dentistry through complimentary CE opportunities
   

? Who We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
   
• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Tennessee
   
• Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient care
   
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Requirements

Education and Training

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• State license and malpractice insurance.
• Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff.
• Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care.
• Great problem solving

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
