  • Partnering with Onboarding program partner and BDR leadership to design, develop and execute on an BDR onboarding program
  • Supporting the development of continuous BDR enablement programs along with a focus on supporting professional development
  • Regular activity and ability assessments to ensure continuous improvements in both volume and quality of productivity metrics
  • Partner with leadership on gamification
  • Stakeholder Management across onboarding and continuous enablement
  • An ability to make complex topics easy to understand for different audiences
  • Communication skills as it relates to stakeholder management, program management along with training
  • Facilitating of training and events both in-person and virtual
  • Implementing effective post-training communications and access to resources
  • Setting program goals, measuring results/KPIs of the program and documenting success
  • Salesloft cadence management in partnership with BDR leadership

  • skills: Experience using Salesforce.com, Gong, Salesloft, 6Sense, Highspot (at least one)
