As part of the Chief Administrative Officer Team, this position will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the administration of SSGA’s internal governance and legal entity structure while also helping to support additional initiatives including:
- Provide secretarial support for several internal governance committee and legal entity boards
- Manage the publication and recordkeeping of Committee charters, policies and procedures and other governance documentation
- Ownership of internal governance related databases, share point and intranet sites
- Compile internal governance statistics and preparing management reports
- Coordinate with Chairs and other Secretaries to create and implement efficient and effective internal governance processes
- Assist in responding to third party requests for governance information and documents
- Assist in looking for ways to enhance and streamline Legal Entity governance
- Provide additional support in helping to drive CEO initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work under pressure and independently

- Exceptional collaborations skills with proven ability to build partnerships across lines of business

- Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Collaborate
- 5-10 years of Asset Management experience
- Proven ability to document meeting minutes for Committees, Boards, or corporate meetings

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
