Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support for several internal governance committee and legal entity boards
  • Manage the publication and recordkeeping of Committee charters, policies and procedures and other governance documentation
  • Ownership of internal governance related databases, share point and intranet sites
  • Compile internal governance statistics and preparing management reports
  • Coordinate with Chairs and other Secretaries to create and implement efficient and effective internal governance processes
  • Assist in responding to third party requests for governance information and documents
  • Assist in looking for ways to enhance and streamline Legal Entity governance
  • Provide additional support in helping to drive CEO initiatives
