Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of job-related experience or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active US Government Secret clearance. Please note that U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance. Interim Clearance required to start.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Perform scheduling activities including documenting, providing status, tracking, and coordinating programmatic and project milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage tasks and resources, Gantt charts, and chronological views.
  • Create detailed project plans, set milestones, and define team members efficiently.
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks, define dependencies, and establish timelines.
  • Interact with multiple customers to ensure tracking and completion of scheduled tasks.
  • Perform, document, and coordinate discrepancy resolution of status and completion date reviews for area of responsibility.
  • Prepare presentation material and present on status of IMS as required.
  • Perform other related or associated duties as required.
  • Minimum quarterly travel will be required.
