We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Program Manager to join our team. As Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of marketing campaigns, projects and other initiatives within our organization. You’ll be the critical interface between vertical marketing teams and shared marketing services to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while also maintaining the highest level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Develops project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring team bandwidth and overall project feasibility
• Communicates effectively and manages expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Uses tools and application to Create and manage full production workflows and communications.
• Coordinates with external vendors as well as internal teams from Marketing, Product Management and Sales on event plans, including messaging, promotions, branding and design
• Tracks and shares overall marketing initiatives to ensure services teams are ”in the loop” and ready to support.
• Assists with proactive planning on projects, initiatives, and processes.
• Identifies key KPI gaps and monitor progress and commitments.
• Provide budget management and tracking support.
• Documents and employs best practices to continuously improve the program execution process.
• Establish a stakeholder feedback program for agile adaptation.

A successful candidate will have/be:

• Marketing experience preferred
• Process and results motivated.
• 7+ years experience
• Quick to propose collaborative solutions to new and complex challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Great people skills: diplomacy, integrity, and presence to build strong relationships
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively.
• PMP or other relevant certifications a plus.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 plus bonus.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
