Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our Service Department
  • Ask qualifying questions, uncover customer needs, and schedule appointments
  • Ensure service advisors receive accurate and timely information
  • Make appointments when advisors are unavailable, and route details properly
  • Track and provide reporting to dealership management
  • Proactively connect with customers who are due for regular maintenance, helping to drive service business and strengthen relationships
