Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in HVAC.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and improve the site quality management strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure quality performance and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and applicable HVAC standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections to assess compliance and address non-conformance issues.
  • Develop and maintain inspection and testing protocols for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Oversee quality processes and procedures to ensure conformance of the manufacturing site.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in products, processes, services, and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze quality data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing to review and resolve quality-related issues, including equipment or design concerns.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to maintain effective quality control processes.
  • Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address complaints and feedback related to product quality.
  • Develop customer satisfaction metrics and strategies to enhance trust in the products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of quality processes, procedures, and results.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, audits, and findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
