Latvian innovation consultancy Helve merges with Lithuanian management firm Civitta

Latvian innovation consultancy Helve has merged with Lithuanian management consultancy Civitta, though financial terms were not disclosed. Helve founder Līva Pērkone, who joins Civitta as an Associate Partner, said the merger allows the company to combine its tech-focused approach with Civitta's global footprint, supporting clients from innovation scouting through to international expansion. Civitta, founded in Lithuania in 2013 as Mediapark, is a Central and Eastern European management consultancy with over 750 employees across more than 30 legal entities in over 20 countries. CEO Adam Saulius Vaina said Helve's tech-first approach complements Civitta's international network, strengthening its position in the Latvian market.
