- Focus on SAC and Group Reporting in recent years
- Experience in functional design of planning and control processes and consolidation
- Strong interest in technical and IT aspects, particularly in relation to AI and Gen AI

- Design models and processes in Planning and Control, Reporting and Consolidation, assessing operational and organizational impacts
- Design and implement new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within major digital transformations of S/4 Hana
- Redesign performance management frameworks to guide CFOs towards ESG objectives
- Support the sales process for new projects (preparation of partnership proposals, RFPs, etc.) identifying areas with the greatest potential for digitalization; also prepare business cases
- Act as a team leader and coordinate the work of junior consultants
- Work with clients from various sectors on digital transformation, financial processes, and follow projects for business process reengineering
